Michelle Obama reemerged over the weekend to try and act like she’s First Lady, but it didn’t end well for her.
Variety reported that while sitting down with Hollywood star Tracee Ellis Ross, Michelle once again showed just how full of herself she really is.
“When I hear people say, ‘You run!’ It’s part of the problem!” Michelle said at the United State of Women Summit. “We still didn’t get ‘Yes We Can’ right. It’s not ‘Yes You Can’ it’s ‘Yes We Can.’ Until we get that right, it doesn’t matter who runs. I don’t think I’m any different from Hillary [Clinton].”
“Change starts close to home. So looking for the next person to run, and I don’t mean to cut that off, but that’s been our distraction. We’re just going to wait for the next person to save us,” Michelle continued, taking a clear shot at the Trump administration. “We thought it was Barack Obama, and then he didn’t end racism.”
She also slammed Trump supporters.
“Sorry, in light of this last election, I’m concerned about us as women and how we think. And what is really going on. What is going on in our heads where we let that happen, you know?” Michelle said. “When the most qualified person running was a woman, and look what we did instead, I mean that says something about where we are. Forget everybody else. That’s what we have to explore, because if we as women are still suspicious of one another, if we still have this crazy, crazy bar for each other that we don’t have for men.”
“If we are still doing that today. If we’re not comfortable with the notion that a woman could be our president compared to … what, then we have to have those conversations with ourselves as women,” she continued.
Twitter users, however, immediately let Michelle know that she is no longer relevant:
Democrats always put people in boxes. If you’re Black, Hispanic, Gay, or a Woman. You must vote Democrat! @MichelleObama still questioning why women voted Trump? Because they’re real women and real people that opened that box. #MAGA 🌹 https://t.co/uZKrgExqdg

“We still didn’t get ‘Yes, we can,’ she said of Barack Obama’s famous call to action.” In eight years #Obama managed to push through #CashForClunkers. Indeed that will eventually prove to be his entire legacy – buying up junk cars. #NoHeCouldnt https://t.co/AgpWhriBGy

No, Michelle Obama we did not vote for Trump because we are sexist, we didn’t vote for Hillary because we did not agree with her politically or otherwise! NOTHING to do with gender! GO AWAY!
